I think in its category it is good accommodation, the rooms are clean, and you can sleep well, the staff is helpful, and the price is reasonable.
A simple, comfortable, very inexpensive motel. No frills but not lacking in any way. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds are comfy, linens are fresh, and everything looks and smells nice. Very friendly staff.
